Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Kenneth G. Mills Foundation will take place online on Sunday, May 28, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. EST.

The meeting is an opportunity for the Foundation’s board of directors to invite, include, and acknowledge, and to share the accomplishments from the past year as well as the strategies for the year to come.

The agenda will include:

• Approval of the Minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting
• President’s Report
• Committee Reports
• Treasurer’s Report
• Financial Statements for 2022
• Appointment of Auditors for 2023
• Elections

Directors Katrine Geneau, Mary Joy Leaper, and Gregory Serdahl will be standing for re-election to the Foundation’s board.
