Generosity Is Unlimited—Help Support the New Kenneth G. Mills Scholarship

The Kenneth G. Mills Foundation is delighted to announce the creation of the Kenneth G. Mills Scholarship at the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.

This scholarship will provide financial support toward the music studies of talented young artists from across Canada and around the world, giving them access to the superb faculty, facilities, and resources of the Glenn Gould School.

It is a very special way to honor Dr. Mills’s name and message and give a continuing gift to Canadian culture and to the arts worldwide.

Before an annual scholarship can be awarded in perpetuity, $50,000 must be raised. And, right now, the Kenneth G. Mills Foundation will match any donation up to $25,000. The Foundation’s board has set the goal of reaching the $50,000 mark before the 2019 annual general meeting next spring. Once the scholarship has been fully funded, the Glenn Gould School will select a student every year who will benefit.

Here is your opportunity to help these rising stars realize their dreams of devoting their lives to music.

In the spirit of acknowledging the unlimited Source of abundance, generous donors have already given in excess of $5,000. The seeds of the campaign have been sown and are already sprouting, outlining our path to achieving this goal.

“My expectation for the young performers is that they achieve, via their music, a re-connection with the Soul of universal significance. With this music achieved, may a harmonic basis of life be established by the young musicians—and mature musicians—so that men and women will once again have access to the intuitive prompting to live in the realm of Wonder and its unconditional Love exemplified in the constant newness in the act of performance.”
