Renaissance Man Kenneth G. Mills

These are the last formal interviews with Kenneth G. Mills, recorded in the spring of 2004 at his home in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec and in the Caledon Hills of Ontario. Dr. Mills is interviewed by Emmy award-winning broadcast journalist Rolland G. Smith.

“I knew by research that Kenneth G. Mills was a Renaissance man. He was a concert pianist, a teacher, an artist, a metaphysical philosopher, a mentor and a practitioner of elegance, but I also knew by ordinary conversation that he was different. Once an interview with Dr. Mills started I had no idea where it was going. My task was only to start the conversation, to listen to the wonder of what I was hearing and then respond through an inner prompting. It was as if he were having a conversation with himself. I became detached and listened not only to his answers, but also to the questions I asked. He never answered questions with expected answers. My sense was that once a question was asked, he would transcend the question and move within the truth of Being for an answer far more profound than the question intended.
