The Kenneth G. Mills Foundation Summer Festival 2010
Pinestone Resort and Conference Centre
Haliburton Highlands, Ontario
Monday, July 26 – Saturday, July 31
All meals, accommodation, and study materials are included.
Creativity is not solely the domain of the artists; it is available to one and all. This Summer Festival has as its central theme the idea of creativity – its source, its myriad expressions, and how we engage it in the art of living.
The Symposium portion of the week will have focused on the results of creativity, as seen in the art of drama and film, and explored the impulses of its origins. The Summer Festival program in Haliburton will look more directly at the Essence from which all creativity emanates, a natural dynamic flowing from the Centre of Beingness – the legacy of every man and woman. We will be working out from the Star and not up to It. How does one access that very Source of Being?
The inspiration for the Festival comes from the spontaneous lectures given by Dr. Kenneth G. Mills during his thirty-year career as a lecturer, conductor, artist, and poet. The life of Dr. Mills, recognized as a twentieth-century Renaissance man, was the very evidence of one constantly impelled by the creative impulse.
The experience and study of these dynamic recorded Unfoldments™ is certain to inspire your imagination to live a life filled with originality and newness.
Pinestone Conference Centre, in the beautiful Kawartha Lake District, will be the location for this study, yoga, meditation, and conversation.
“Be radiant! And in so doing, extend the radius of your life action to such a degree that the Art of Living appears as your constant, involuntary act, evidencing God among people, God-Man a living experience.” ![]()
